Returns Policy

We hope you love your AMEEA items! However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchaseRefunds are only available for faulty or damaged items.


Return Conditions


To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging.

• Be clean and free from deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, or odours.

• Be returned in their original condition (neatly folded, no damage).


If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, a $10 cleaning fee per item will be deducted from your store credit.


By submitting a return, you agree to these terms.


How to Request a Return


To start a return, email info@ameeactive.com with your order number and item details. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

• Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of purchase.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.

• AMEEA is not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit. Please keep your tracking details.


Exchanges & Store Credit

• Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a store credit, which you can use to reorder the item you want.

• Store credit is typically processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the return. (Check your junk mail!)

We do not offer direct exchanges—simply use your store credit to place a new order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items


If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, let us know as soon as possible by emailing info@ameeactive.com.

• Faulty items must be reported and returned within 30 days.

• If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll offer a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping.

• Issues reported after 30 days are considered general wear and tear and are not eligible for return.


Note: Creases from packaging are normal and will disappear after washing or steaming.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns on:

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items


Final Sale Items

All items marked final sale or purchased from the sale section are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If you’re unsure about sizing or details, feel free to contact us before purchasing!
