Our grip socks are ONE SIZE and they fit 36-40 EUR (approximately US Women's 6-9 / Men's 4-7).

All grip socks are made of 80% combed cotton, 17% polyester, and 3% spandex. The grip is made of 100% PVC.

They all have arch support to provide stability and better alignment. They are designed perfectly for Pilates, Yoga, and Strength Training.

Grip socks (also called non-slip socks or pilates socks) are specially designed socks with grippy silicone patterns on the bottom. They provide superior traction and stability during barefoot activities like Pilates, yoga, barre, and strength training.

We recommend cold hand washing or using a delicate cycle at a maximum 20°C.

We don't recommend using the dryer at any time. Air dry your grip socks to maintain the integrity of the grip pattern and fabric quality. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners as these can damage the grip.

Our grip is designed to last longer with proper care, but over time, it may gradually wear off with regular use. This is normal for all grip socks.

To maximize the lifespan of your grip socks, follow our care instructions and avoid wearing them on rough outdoor surfaces.

To keep your 100% mulberry silk scrunchies in perfect condition, hand wash them gently in cold water with a mild detergent. Air dry flat away from direct sunlight.

Avoid twisting or wringing the fabric. The premium silk construction ensures your scrunchies will last through hundreds of uses while remaining gentle on your hair.

At the moment, we only offer shipping within Oceania (Australia & New Zealand), but we are working on expanding into Europe.

We ship with AusPost. Orders within Australia typically arrive within 2-5 business days, while orders to New Zealand usually take 5-10 business days.
